Terry was born and raised in Fort Madison, Iowa, on his family dairy farm. In 2013, he earned his Iowa real estate license and graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. Since then, Terry has combined his expertise and passion for helping others to conduct agricultural real estate and equipment auctions across the Midwest. His dedication to serving the farming community has made him a trusted partner for clients looking to achieve their goals. He now travels frequently throughout the Midwest expanding his connections and knowledge in the industry. He is a proud husband to Jenni Hoenig and father to two daughters, Olivia and Chloe, who have grown to love the auction industry just as much as he does.

Over 20 years in the digital design and marketing field, Jenni is a true visionary! Not only does Jenni know the auction industry, but she knows the true value of great marketing for your sale. You can rest assure she will draw eyes to your sale and communicate with the right customers through her pinpoint marketing strategies to reach the right customers. Her designs are innovative, fresh, and bold. Jenni has grown up in the Fort Madison, IA area and is the wife of Terry Hoenig, and mother of their two daughters, Olivia and Chloe.
Olivia Holst
Olivia has been in the customer service industry for most of her adult life. Not only does she enjoy community and customer relations, but she is also a 2014 graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and a member of the Iowa Auctioneers Association. Having knowledge in the auction industry, as well as experience with social media and outreach, Olivia has curated tools to bring buyers and sellers together. Originally a Hoenig, but now married to her husband Brandon Holst and a mother to her two sons that love to be a part of the family business.
Chloe Hoenig
Chloe is a dedicated and experienced auction coordinator, holding a degree from Iowa State University, class of 2024. With five years of hands-on experience in the auction business, gained while balancing high school and college studies, Chloe brings a unique blend of academic excellence and practical expertise. Passionate about facilitating seamless and successful auctions, she has honed skills in organization, communication, and client relations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and achieves optimal results.
