The James Madison Elementary School located in Burlington, IA has been permanently closed and the contents of the school are being sold at public auction. This auction will be the second and final to be held in order to disperse the contents of the building. This auction will offer many school desks, tables, chairs, remaining kitchen equipment, stainless steel sinks, vent hood, walk in cooler and walk in freezer, stainless steel countertops, rolling carts, storage shelves, many attached items such as doors, lockers, scoreboards, basketball hoops, aluminum stairs and handicapped ramps, and a host of other items used in the school.

*** POWER, GAS, AND WATER WILL BE DISCONNECTED BY THE SCHOOL WHERE REQUIRED ***
*** Load out assistance (Manpower) WILL NOT be provided ***
*** A forklift will be on site for load out assistance where needed ***

By accepting these terms and conditions you hereby acknowledge that you have inspected all items and are purchasing them in their "as is" condition. You further understand and accept that the descriptions and pictures provided are done so to the best of the ability of the seller and the auction company. By entering into this Agreement Purchaser hereby certifies that Purchaser is at least 18 years old and under no legal limitations with respect to Purchaser’s ability to enter into binding contracts.
