Jane Sanford has made the decision to downsize and move to town. Hoenig Auctions be selling lawn & garden equipment, tools, furniture, household items, decorations, dishes, glassware, and other misc. items that Jane is not taking with her to her new home. This auction will have lots of clean well kept furniture, along with a low houred John Deere riding mower, shop tools and other misc items. Photos and complete listing of items will be coming soon.

By entering into this Agreement Purchaser hereby certifies that Purchaser is at least 18 years old and under no legal limitations with respect to Purchaser’s ability to enter into binding contracts.
