Due to the passing of Don Hotop, the family has decided to liquidate the parts inventory, equipment and fixtures of Don's Speed & Custom. Don Hotop spent a lifetime building custom Harley Davidson motorcycles and specialty parts for people all over the country. By entering into this Agreement Purchaser hereby certifies that Purchaser is at least 18 years old and under no legal limitations with respect to Purchaser’s ability to enter into binding contracts.
